I really want to take Elliot to Paris when he’s a bit bigger, and show him where we decided to become a family.

Thanks! To be honest, when he pulled the little travel scrabble cases out of his bag I thought “does he seriously want to play Scrabble here, in a nice restaurant, on our anniversary?” I was pleasantly surprised!
What a brilliant proposal! Did you reply by using Scrabble letters yourself?
It did take me a few seconds to work out that I couldn’t spell ‘yes’ with the letters in ‘will you marry me’!
