It’s time for the monthly Siblings photo (part of Dear Beautiful Boy’s linky) and I must say it’s come round fast.
This month has been one of finding our feet as a family of four, and if I’m really honest I’ve been loving it.
The boys are definitely noticing each other more. Elliot is really caring towards Alexander, and although still doesn’t want to sit next to him for photos (he has a irrational fear of being photographed, not sure why!) he does like to stroke him, and give him goodnight kisses.
Alexander is in awe of Elliot. His eyes fix on him whenever he’s around. It’s so cute!
I’m really enjoying watching these two learn about each other, and honestly, every day I feel like the luckiest mummy around. My boys are amazing!

Gorgeous photo, and it is so lovely to watch these burgeoning relationships 🙂 #Siblings
Thanks so much, I’m really having fun watching their relationship develop. X
Lovely photo. I think babies are always fascinated by their siblings or other children as they must recognise that they are just like them but a little bit bigger.
Yes I’m sure you’re right, I think they just want to be bigger themselves to be able to be just like their elder sibling. Cute!
Little Alexander has grown so much! They are very adorable boys and obviously love each other so much.xx
I know! He’s really grown – now around 12lbs! I don’t make dainty children 😉 thanks for commenting xx
It is amazing how quickly they just adore and idolise each other isn’t? I found it fascinating how that love for each other was just there so instantly and without question. It’s such a lovely time as they get to know each other, and it keeps getting better. Such a lovely photo. x
It is really fascinating Lucy, and something I totally didn’t expect to be so instant and intense. Hopefully it’s the start of a good brother relationship 🙂 x
Aww how lovely, and that sign is adorable! x
Thanks so much! x
They are so cute! My older daughter went through that phase, she would just run off every time I got the camera out. I admit I bribed her with ice cream to get photos, hahah.
Thanks! It’s such a nuisance, I hope the phase passes quickly or this photo project might not work out! 😉
Ah it is so lovely to watch the growing bond between siblings, with my two it was a bit of a slow burner but now he’s ten months I’m starting to see it! x
They all get there in the end I’m sure. I can already sense there’ll be days when they’re less fond of each other, but that’s what siblings are all about, right? x
lovely boys! my girls are the same the teeny baby girl just smiles so much for her sister and hopes so proud telling anyone we meet im a big sister!
It’s so lovely to watch isn’t it? I’m getting much more joy out of watching my boys learn about each other than I ever thought possible. Thanks for commenting. x
That’s such a sweet photo. I love their names x
Thanks Lauren! It was so hard choosing another boys name so I’m pleased when people say they like it! x
